Christmas Post & Orders
Multi climate Snoods(not fleece), personalised Cushions and Sacks are ordered by mid December(12th), a lot of work goes into the production as they are made from scratch to order and they are our biggest sellers. Whilst we will try and meet demand we cannot guarantee orders placed after 12th can be posted prior to Christmas, we also cannot guarantee that items posted before Christmas reach you before Christmas as the post and weather can delay which is out of our control. We will be dispatching ALL orders placed before 12th December from 16th December onwards. All snoods placed after 12th not be manufactured until week of the 4th January, orders will be made on a first come first served basis so the quicker you order the faster you will receive your snood. This does not apply to fleece snoods turnaround is faster!
Fleece Snoods can be ordered Up to 19th December for us to be dispatched the week Christmas however we cannot guarantee the post will deliver if you place your order on the 19th we won’t be dispatching it until Wed/Thursday of that week so please order late at your own risk,!
Mugs Can be ordered up to 20/21 December for dispatch 22/23 again we cannot guarantee the postman will get them there prior to Christmas as it is past the recommended postal date.
Canvas bags, Edible Toppers, Owl & Sushi Cushions Can be ordered upto 20/21 for dispatch on the same/Next day ordered (providing that we have stock) again Postal Service cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Please note owl cushions and sushi cushions are bought in and stock turns fast, there maybe delays in us receiving orders from suppliers which is out of our control, we will put a note on the listing if there are delays.
Name Art, we design the art in house so providing we have frames these can be dispatched over Christmas within 2-3 days and we will be dispatching up until 23rd so please bare in mind last posting dates.

** ANSWERING PHONE CALLS OVER CHRISTMAS **
Over our busiest periods Christmas being one, we literally work around the clock, making packing and dispatching a priority, therefore we generally cannot answer the phones as this can take time which inevitabely then leads onto admin time. We would appreciate contact via emails as we can answer these once we have taken all deliveries to the Post Office at the end of the day. Please note that due to customer calling or contacting us about where their items are prior to our estimated dispatch delays orders being shipped out, when this happens we have to go through all of our orders and then locatre print time and estmation of delivery, this in turn takes up precious time. We heavily stipulate that orders placed over Christmas may take longer than our general 10 days to dispatch due to sheer volume, including delivery please allow up to 14-15 working days. We need to ensure that all items ordered before the cut off days are treated with urgency so please bare in mind that calling and emailing about items within these stated times may delay your order further going out.
Some of our products are made by manufacturers, Factories shut down over the Christmas period so if you order your items a few days before Christmas day orders will take up to 3 weeks and in some cases longer due to back log and factory closure. This is the case on Football Snoods and Cushions, although not fleece snoods, and all other products where orders placed after the Christmas Cut off date will mean they are placed in a queue based on the date ordered, due to unforeseen volume we cannot stipulate when these orders will go out although it will almost certainly be mid January, again it is out of our control.
Normal business will resume mid January once the Christmas Rush and back log is out of the way!

Please note, we use Paypal as a our online merchant, sadly we cannot put a shipping calculator in place as Paypal do not have one, therefore some items such as heavy or bulk orders will cost a lot more than our standard online price at the checkout please be aware that heavy items ordered such as cushions (see below for more details) will need a further charge payable by yourselves, once ordered we will contact you regarding this, you will have an option to cancel your order if you have not seen this page. if you have flat and non weighty items we will ship as seen below, however the below items ordered are liable for further charges AFTER you have purchased:

Items are Royal Mail First Class, in some cases they are recorded. If you order bulk a courier will be arranged and you will be able to track your order – if this occurs we will advise you of the tracking number, please note this is bulk order only.
Please note the majority of the garments ordered such as cushions,snoods and sacks are bespoke and made to order. The artwork is designed/tailored with your personalisation should you choose it, then are printed and sewn, a lot of work and time goes into every individual order. Delivery will be approx 10 working days* – in some cases less depending on date ordered, order placed before noon on a Wednesday will generally be dispatched beginning of the week after. If there is a backlog & time surpasses 10 working days we will post a message on our homepage banner.
You may find that your purchase receipt has £0 as the shipping total, this is currently a glitch to our system which is being looked into as our postage is set in Paypal not our shop. Your Paypal receipt will clearly state the full amount you have paid and it will also state the total amount due before you commit to purchase.
* Please note 10 working days are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm are not classed as 1 working day nor are orders placed on a weekend. Bank holidays and Christmas, Easter and other official holiday dates are also not classed as a working day. Please allow 2 working days for postage on top of this items are shipped First Class however over busy periods such as Christmas or Bank Holidays postage can take longer than 1-2 days, we cannot be held responsible for this, orders over busy periods such as Christmas can take longer than 10 working day, literally due to sheer volume and transporting goods around at the busiest time of year.

Delivery ScheduleInternational orders are generally received in approx 14 days – again this purely depends on where the item is shipped to it may take longer, things such as customs especially on larger items/orders can delay your postal time, again this is out of our control! FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:Over the Christmas period we receive a sudden surge in orders, we still aim to dispatch within our desired 10 working days, however in certain circumstances such as Royal Mail slowing with the rush, or bad weather conditions means that orders may be held up in transit. We can sadly do nothing about this. Please take all of this information into consideration and order as early as possible. As well as the postal rush we may run behind with our orders as huge demands are met, we work on a date of order system so the quicker you order the faster you will get your products. If we have stock available it will be dispatched over 2-3 working days, however if an item is personalised it may take longer due to volume of orders, we often over busy periods dispatch orders when available so you may receive part of your order and the rest will follow. Again apologies for this. In certain circumstances we may be awaiting orders from our suppliers such as owl and sushi cushions, although we get a delivery date, on occasions their dispatching to us is delayed which means our dispatch to you has a knock on effect, again this us out of our control. We will honor your order as soon as it arrives, it is hard to estimate an exact time as the stock turns so fast and can be sold out extremely fast, again you will be in line on a first come first served basis. DUE to high demand on specific products it is taking longer to administrate orders through sheer volume over the Christmas period. Please bare with us, we are working hard to ensure you will love your product on receipt. We may not be able to answer phones or answer emails immediately as we feel it is important to concentrate on getting orders out as priority, stopping to answer emails and phone calls or go through admin to check orders holds us actually customising and dispatching products therefore we have to take orders as preference and will work longer hours and answer emails most likely in the evening time. If your item has been lost in the post we will replace it however we cannot replace it until 28 days after purchase due to Royal Mail failed delivery procedures. Once the 28 days has surpassed it will then take further time to re do your order due to it being bespoke!
International orders are generally received in under 14 days (unless customised) – again this is currently longer due to Christmas period We Thank you for your patience in waiting for your garment but we assure you you will not be disappointed by the quality and high standard of the gift |
