You are looking at a beautiful Shabby Chic Handmade Wooden Christening/Dedication Plaque.
The Plaque itself is 8″ wide x 4″ high and the hearts hang below. The Plaque hangs from twine with a shabby chic gingham bow tied round the twine at the top of the plaque.
The plaque reads the name of the baby and is embellished with a cross. The 1st heart underneath reads “Christened (Dedicated) on” the 2nd reads the date of the Christening (Dedication) and the third reads the name of the Church.
The Plaque shown is pink embellished with a lilac cross.The Boys Plaque is cream with Blue Spots and Blue emblished heart As these are handmade to order, if you require a different colour please email us for further info.
